Cancellation Policy

As of April 10th, 2025 Nightshade Nails will be enforcing a no-show policy. Clients who book appointments will be notified of their upcoming appointments via text to confirm appointment time. You’ll have 24 hours to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so & not coming into your appointment without notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows.
